TiNG, an eight-member international band based in Prague, weaves a colorful tapestry of sound from a variety of styles, drawing from their different backgrounds and musical influences such as swing, ska, reggae, dancehall, frum and bass and hip-hop. Frontman and multi-instrumentalist MC Turner (USA) writes socially concious lyrics and has a vaice that is part Jamaican and part old school punk. In 2017 TiNG released their thiurd album, “Alater Ego”, showcasing the many sides to their music: swing, gypsy, dub-reggae, ska, and featured the Czech/English drinking anthem “Jestli Chlastas”.
