Hendricks, Mint and Lime

When Beaver the bartender remarked to me this afternoon that he received a text today that said the temperature today seemed liked 111 degrees out, a steamy day like today have made me think of ways to beat the heat and brought to mind a refreshing drink using some of my favorite summertime ingredients,
namely, Hendrick’s Gin, fresh mint, fresh lime juice (key limes if available), simple syrup and Cointreau….And using one of everyone’s favorite summertime tools, your blender.
