Civil War Re-enactors Salute The Green Parrot

Every year around this time Civil war reenactors converge on Fort Zachary Taylor and on their way to the fort always pause to offer a salute to The Green Parrot Bar.
This year they stopped and had their Brass band play for us. See a video of their Brass Band playing Battle Hymn of the Republic here. Note at 1:57 of the video that the caissons went rolling along right over me.
They stop for a little more than a salute most times, often they pause for a shot and a beer.
Here the ladies Auxiliary show a little ankle.
I dont know why this guy looks so tenative about going in. He’s the one with the long rifle.
